What is Wellbeing?

Well-being is a holistic state of being that reflects an individual’s overall sense of satisfaction with life. Well-being is not just an absence of illness, but also about thriving and flourishing in different areas of life.

What is Coaching?

“Coaching is a vehicle for helping people to achieve a higher level of well-being and performance in life and work, particularly when change is hard.” (Coaching Psychology Manual by Moore/Tschannen-Moran/Jackson)

Coaching aims to tap into intrinsic motivation in order to promote growth and evoke change. Coaching facilitates change through envisioning possibilities, setting goals and accountability.  Coaching is a collaborative, creative and thought provoking process that inspires and supports clients to go further and deeper towards self-actualization.

Looking for a Health Coach? As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I am also trained to support you, in conjunction with your doctor, on your physical wellness journey. Uplevel with Meditation

If you are looking to elevate your experience with coaching, consider adding my 3-day Meditation Course to your package. It is by no means required, but my clients who meditate say that their practice puts them "on a fast track to wellness". The benefits of coaching show up sooner for the meditator because they are able to quickly and easily access their own desires, wisdom, creativity,  sense of purpose and fulfillment.

One-on-one Wellbeing Coaching packages

Coaching packages can be purchased on their own or can include my meditation course.

One-on-one coaching sessions are 50 minutes and meet twice a month* on zoom.

​

10-Session Pack ​​

  • Investment: $1750 (pay $350 monthly) 

  • Pay in Full: $1650 (save $100)

10-Session Pack Plus Meditation â€‹â€‹â€‹

  • Includes 4 lessons of Mantra Meditation

  • Investment: $2250 ($350 monthly plus $500 one-time fee) 

  • Pay in Full: $2000 (save $250)

One-on-one Health Coaching packages

One-on-one health coaching sessions are 30 minutes and meet once or twice a week on zoom.

 

10-Session Pack ​​

  • Investment: $900 ($90 per session; one-time payment) 

10-Session Pack Plus Meditation â€‹â€‹â€‹

I accept payments via Venmo or Paypal. Discounts on coaching packages are sometimes available where circumstances warrant. Please inquire. 

 

*Twice a month is the minimum. Clients may choose to meet more frequently if they wish.

​

What happens at the end of a coaching package?

Clients who wish to continue coaching with me can migrate to a month-to-month arrangement where client is billed monthly based on number of sessions per month. â€‹
