Why I Meditate
Before meditation, my inner world felt noisy.
There was a constant undercurrent of doubt…
a feeling of not quite being enough…
a sense that I was always searching for something more.
Part of me loved being a seeker.
But another part of me was tired.

Meditation changed that.
Now, instead of being pulled by “shoulds” and self-criticism,
I feel more grounded. More settled.
There’s a steadiness. A quiet knowing.
I’m kinder to myself.
Less reactive.
More at ease in my own company.
And from that place—my relationships have deepened,
and I’ve created a life and work that feel aligned and fulfilling.
And now I'm a meditation teacher!
In 2021, I became a Certified Meditation Instructor of Primordial Sound Meditation (aka) Mantra Meditation. It felt important to me to share this life-changing practice with others.
I've taught dozens of students and here's what some of them say about learning with me.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice for releasing stress, accessing deep rest, and reconnecting with your body’s natural intelligence.
It’s not about forcing the mind to be quiet. — it’s about experiencing the silence that’s already there.
From that silence comes clarity, creativity, and a deeper sense of connection.
With regular practice, you begin to carry that steadiness into your everyday life.
What is Mantra Meditation?
Mantra Meditation (also known as Primordial Sound Meditation) is a simple, silent technique practiced twice daily.
Using a personalized mantra—an essential sound drawn from nature—you gently move beyond thought and into a quieter, more expansive state of awareness.
Your mantra is selected based on the moment of your birth, and you’ll learn how to use it to restore balance, calm, and connection in your daily life.

The Course
Mantra Meditation is taught over four sessions across a few days. (Available in person or on Zoom.)
Session One
Introduction to meditation, its benefits, and the origins of the practice.
Session Two
Receive your personal mantra and learn how to use it. Begin your first meditation.
Session Three
Learn how to integrate meditation into daily life. Refine your understanding and practice.
Session Four
Explore higher states of consciousness and deepen your experience.
During and between sessions, you’ll begin a simple twice-daily practice.

Ongoing Support
After the course, you’ll be invited to a follow-up group session (2–4 weeks later) for guidance and integration.

a space to connect, ask questions, and stay supported as your practice grows.
